Brett K. Findler has led Findler & Findler, P.A. in West Palm Beach, Florida, as its managing partner since 1989. He earned his B.A. from City University of New York in 1979 and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 1983. After working with the Miami labor law firm Kaplan, Sicking, Hessen, et al, he co-founded Rosenthal & Findler, P.A. in West Palm Beach. A member of the Florida Bar since 1984, he's a former Silver Eagle Award recipient from the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Findler has lectured on Social Security Disability law to various groups and has conducted seminars on Diminished Value and Loss of Use Recovery. He's the President of Priority Responsible Funding, LLC., a company aiding trial lawyers and injured clients with non-recourse legal and medical funding. Michael Blom is a partner at The Lake Law Firm, specializing in personal injury, pharmaceutical drug injury, medical device liability, and mass tort litigations. He has been involved in numerous high-profile litigations, collaborates with attorneys across the country on mass tort case acquisition, and assists business owners in recovering refundable tax credits. Recognized for his expertise, he has received multiple awards, including The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 since 2018 and Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2020-2023. He's also been acknowledged by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch from 2021-2024. Admitted to the New York State Bar and other federal courts, he's an active member of several legal associations. Mr. Blom holds a B.S. in biological-evolutionary psychology from Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. He gained experience as a law clerk and court liaison during his studies. Outside of his professional life, he cherishes time with his family, enjoys traveling (with a preference for Hawaii), snowboarding, and playing tennis.
